Few marriage ceremony arrangements are as pleasant as the ones providing for an outdoor wedding ceremony, or possibly for marriage that is conducted entirely outside. But before tying the knot this way, there are definite pros and cons to consider.
Several reasons could speak against outdoor marriage. For instance, if you are not fan of the unexpected, you are better off with a traditional indoor wedding. The outdoors are a fickle place, and lots can go differently than expected if you hold a ceremony with a lot of guests. Do if you or your spouse doesn’t like surprises, better to avoid getting married outdoors.
Specifically, if you would consider the wedding to be ruined by a spell of bad weather, better to do everything inside. The weather can turn even in the best of seasons. The alternative, of course, is to have an indoor plan B, even if it’s just a big ceremony tent.
You will find that a good wedding organizer will help a lot, but outdoor marriage will still place extra stress and responsibilities on you. If you would prefer to avoid having to have more things to think about in an already complicated day, go for an easier option.

Wedding invitations are a big deal. Invitations are keepsakes that folks will treasure the rest of their lives. The invitation also helps lay the groundwork for the general ambiance of the wedding. The rehearsal dinner is an important part of the wedding, so the rehearsal dinner invitations are also a big deal. That invitation will also become a cherished keepsake.
The first thing you’ll need to think about is who should be given an invitation to the rehearsal dinner. It’s pretty simple - proper etiquette necessitates that anyone who has had a hand in making the wedding happen should receive an invitation to the rehearsal dinner. This includes the parents of the bride and groom, along with the bridal party and any other friends and family who the bride and groom think should attend. The person who officiates the wedding should also be invited. Remember, this isn’t an event for all the wedding guests, but instead for all the individuals who play a part in the celebration, whether they helped plan it, will walk down the aisle or participate in another way.

For many people, a wedding is the single most expensive occasion of their lifetime. So, how can you reduce wedding costs without overly affecting the quality of the event?
Planning your wedding so that you will not be getting married at the most popular time of year will significantly lower your costs. Whilst you likely will not fancy getting married during the winter, the crossover periods on either end of summer can offer good value with little compromise regarding weather conditions.
You will need to spend quite some time paying visits to online weddings shops and high street wedding vendors so as to properly compare the prices and value being offered. Ask about hidden costs and extras because the price you are quoted is not always necessarily the price you pay on your bill.
It can be very expensive if you wish to have your reception in a ballroom or a luxurious hotel. However, these should not be your only choices when the wedding reception hall is considered. Instead, try to find a room at a golf club or country club as these tend to be a less expensive option.

Having an outdoor marriage is a great way to celebrate that important moment in your life in a different way, whether you are ecologically aware, or a nature enthusiast, a lover of beaches, or even if you just want to say your vows under a clear sky, an outdoor wedding will be something to remember.
In spite of all this, an outdoor wedding also brings with it a series of risks that you should plan to counter well before the ceremony. Make sure that you read the following with due consideration, and you will avoid the pitfalls that could ruin your marriage ceremony.
1) You should put the utmost care into ensuring that your guests will be comfortable before, during and after the ceremony. Of course, this applies especially to older guests, but you should also think about children, who could become unruly if bored. Don’t forget to take the weather and season into account, and to provide protection against the elements, such as a biting winter wind, or a hot summer sun.
2) There should be plenty to drink near the outside wedding ceremony area, both water to make sure that everyone stays hydrated, and more interesting drinks to keep the party going. If the wedding is in winter, hot drinks would be of order too.
